Our Wines
2019 Albariño - $29
This grape, native to Spain and Portugal, comes with full flavor, vibrant acidity and a crisp dry finish. We sourced our 2019 Albariño in the Texas High Plains. This sandy, semi- arid climate gives the Albariño a decided mineral quality with a delightful zest. Keep an eye out for our estate Albariño planted this year in the Hill Country!
2019 Estate Rosé - $34
Our very own estate Mourvèdre and Sangiovese co-fermented in 2019 to make a simply delightful Rose. The bright acidity of Sangiovese with its notes of cherry, cranberry and cola play beautifully with the Mourvèdre's subtle strawberry and floral characteristics. We can confidently agree with the saying “what grows together goes together” after witnessing these vines flourish side by side in the vineyard and the bottle.
2019 Mourvèdre Rosé - $29
Mourvèdre, or Monastrell is an ancient grape dating back to 500BC. Customarily used in the making of southern Rhone GSM blends, it is known to be a full bodied red wine with dark fruit and meaty characteristics. If given a warmer climate and picked at lower sugar levels for rosé, this grape will produce a beautiful balance of acidity and soft berry flavors. That is what we have here y’all, a rosé that’s elegant and easy drinking, an anytime rosé.
